Postponed from 2021, the men’s, women’s and wheelchair Rugby League World Cups will be held from 15 October to 19 November 2022 in England. There will be a total 61 matches across the three tournaments.
RLWC will kick-off on Saturday 15 October at St James’ Park in Newcastle with England vs. Samoa in the men’s tournament. The first women’s fixture is between England and Brazil on Tuesday 1 November at Headingley Stadium in Leeds. And the opening fixture of the wheelchair tournament is Spain vs. Ireland on Thursday 3 November at the Copper Box Arena in London.
Manchester will host all three finals, starting with the wheelchair final at Manchester Central on Friday 18 November. Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium will then host a women’s and men’s double-header final on Saturday 19 November. The women’s final kicks off at 1.15pm (GMT) followed by the men’s final at 4pm (GMT).
