The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships will once again attract some of the biggest names in tennis, when it takes place from 16 February to 1 March 2025. The Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and men’s ATP Tour championships will run back-to-back, with the WTA week celebrating the 25th anniversary of the women’s tournament, followed by the men’s event, now in its 33rd year.
In 2025, fans can look forward to thrilling matches and an electric atmosphere as top players again compete for glory on the hard courts at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium in Dubai.
Ramesh Cidambi, managing director of Dubai Duty Free and chairman of the tournament’s organising committee, said: “Dubai continues to welcome the top men’s and women’s tennis players, with another significant milestone in the tournament’s history with the 25th anniversary of the WTA week. We are looking forward to another great two weeks of tennis.”
In 2024, Ugo Humbert delivered a masterclass performance to defeat Kazakhstan’s Alexander Bublik in straight sets – his sixth straight tour-level title – sealing ATP 500 glory. Meanwhile, Jasmine Paolini battled back from a set and a break down to win her first WTA 1000 title and ending qualifier Anna Kalinskaya’s dreams in the process.
