Following a competitive application process, the FC Bayern Munich Stadium was selected as the venue for two of the four International Series games to be played in Germany over the next four years. Uefa has confirmed that Saint Petersburg has been stripped of hosting the 2022 Champions League final, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The showpiece fixture on Saturday 28 May will now be held at the 80,000-capacity Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Paris.
