The Ski Club of Great Britain has launched the 2019-20 brochures for its Freshtracks, Peak Experience and New Horizons holidays.
With hundreds of ski holidays available across Europe, North America and Japan, ski enthusiasts can find a trip to suit their specific skiing requirements.
Whether that’s skiing off piste at Red Mountain and Whitewater in British Columbia, taking a weekend break in Andermatt or exploring South Tohoku in Japan, the new brochures showcase all of what Freshtracks, Peak Experience and New Horizons holidays have to offer.
The Ski Club of Great Britain highlights for the 2019-20 season include:
A new chalet in Chamonix
The beautiful chalet in the centre of the Chamonix Valley takes visitors closer to the ski lifts and is nearer to the resort’s après spots. There are 18 holidays heading out to Chamonix this winter and the new chalet has six bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/living room with incredible views of the valley.
Two chalets in Flaine
Freshtracks has two chalets located in the vibrant Les Chalets du Hameau development just below Flaine. The chalets provide the perfect base for exploring the potential of the Grand Massif ski area. Each chalet has six bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/living area and each is equipped with a sauna.
Freshtracks and Peak Experience off piste offering
More variety has been added to the 2019/20 off piste holiday roster, including a new trip to British Columbia, promising bottomless Canadian powder, some of the world’s best tree skiing and nine days of social skiing.
Weekend breaks for Freshtracks
New weekend adventures include spending three days with mountain guides in Aviemore, Scotland,and a luxury trip to Gstaad in Switzerland that includes three days of social skiing. These and all other weekend trips are designed to allow guests to make the most of their limited time.
Freshtracks Bucket List holidays
This brand-new category includes holidays designed to give skiers an extraordinary experience. Locations include powder-filled Japan (South Tohoku, Hakuba, Myoko & Nozawa Onsen), unspoilt Spain (Baqueria/Beret), rustic Italy (Alagna) and snowy Canada (Whitewater and Red Mountain).
Brand new Ski Club courses
In the UK there are new Performance Ski and Snowboard Clinics led by a team of the UK’s top instructors Amanda Pirie is teaching a Performance Ski Course in December and Freshtracks has partnered with Supreme Ski School for a course in Méribel for one month starting in January 2020.
New Horizons holidays
After the success of last year’s inaugural under 39s holiday, Freshtracks has launched a new programme of 12 holidays aimed at younger skiers. With destinations including Val d’Isère, Mayrhofen and Hakuba, the trips promise great skiing, lively après, new friends and long-lasting memories.
