NFL London Games 2020: Jacksonville Jaguars to play two home matches at Wembley

NOTE: NFL will not be hosting any international games in London in 2020 American football team the Jacksonville Jaguars have confirmed that they will play two back-to-back home matches at Wembley Stadium in the NFL London Games 2020. The Jags, who have played every year at Wembley since 2013, become the first NFL team to play two regular-season home games outside of the United States.  Although the opponents are yet to be confirmed, NFL.com says the Jags will play two of the following teams at Wembley in 2020: the Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions or Miami Dolphins. Endeavor buys majority stake in NFL On Location Experiences 

Entertainment giant Endeavor has completed its takeover of NFL-backed On Location Experiences (OLE).  The deal sees Endeavor acquire a majority equity ownership stake while the NFL, through its strategic investment arm 32 Equity, will continue to be a minority shareholder and retain its seat on the board of directors. According to a news release, ex-Bloomberg, Westwood One and Time Inc executive Paul Caine will lead the newly-integrated entity. Hosting major US sporting fixtures has cemented London’s position as an international sports hub - and the perception of the UK has improved for fans who attended the events.   That’s according to a study published in October by online ticket company StubHub which looked at sales data ahead of the 2019 NFL London Games. This year London hosted the NBA regular-season match between the Washington Wizards and New York Knicks at The O2 in January. And for the first time baseball arrived on UK soil with the Boston Red Sox taking on rivals New York Yankees in two MLB matches at the London Stadium in June. NFL stadium tours start at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in October

American football fans in the UK can now book the chance to go on an NFL stadium tour at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.  The “NFL Experience” - the first NFL stand-alone visitor attraction outside of the United States - starts on 7 October and bookings can be made for selected dates and times throughout October and November.  NFL fans can enjoy a 90-minute guided tour, which includes access to the NFL Locker Room and the opportunity to see the Vince Lombardi Trophy in the NFL Commissioner's Suite.
